My top Mother’s Day gift ideas.

Jessica and Corey were married a few weeks ago and what a beautiful day we had! Jessica wore a beautiful gown from Ever After Bridal Boutique, and her bridesmaids were in dresses from Azazie! The groom and groomsmen wore sharp looking light suits from Moores, and all the flowers were from All Events Floral. The Ceremony was at the Knights of Columbus, and was decorated by Fairytales Wedding Decorating - it looked great! We then went to George Street for some group photos and then up to Signal Hill for some more photos of the group and just the bride and the group on Signal hill overlooking the harbour!

We went back to the Knights of Columbus for a delicious meal (it was soo good!), and the reception. It was a beautiful night! Thanks for having me be a part of your big day Jessica and Corey!

The beautiful Akerele family came for their maternity session last month in anticipation of their newest family member! We did a few outfit changes and Tolulope was stunning in each and every outfit. We also did some graduation photos for Anthony’s PhD, which we joked was like another baby! I think my favourite images are the family ones though because you can tell how excited Zion is to be a big brother! I can’t wait to photograph their new addition. Congratulations Akerele family!

Last month Maverick came to visit me for a newborn photography session at 3 weeks old. He was so sweet and his Mom and Dad were obviously SO smitten! We stuck mostly to neutrals and whites, which really left the focus on Maverick and his beautiful Mom and Dad. We did a mixture of wrapped prop poses and a few posed photos on fabric backdrops, and I think they turned out so sweet! Welcome to the world, gorgeous baby boy!
